This is in accordance to the roster posted inside the 'T'.

You must show up, or we will hunt you down, tie you to a chair and force you to watch Aaron's 'mac campaign' advert repeatedly until you cry.

Curtains

I looked into price of black fabric to create curtains for around the whole room, the cheapest i could find was a black cotton fabric which cost approx $3 a metre at both spotlight and lincraft. So it looks like the curtain will be unable to be done as it will be way too expensive.

Exhibition Poster

Just thought I'd post up the exhibition poster for everyone to have a look at.

RE: Working Schedule

A Working/Roster schedule for the expo will be handed to each student tomorrow.

This will also have a list of roles and responsibilities that you must take care of and uphold on the day.

A eRoster will also be posted on this blog tomorrow night.

Fridays Agenda

Exhbition Details:

Thursday night:

6 - 7pm students and industry

Everyone invited to come and meet with industry and encouraged to have business cards to give to employers as well as the DVD.
Smart dress code for the evening, professional.


Friday Night:

6.30 party night friends and family invited

6.45 - 7pm awards and speeches

RSVP Opening night EVERYONE (very important)



Fridays Meeting:

Equipment pick up monday morning
Group Meeting For all Students
MONDAY 10AM
To pick up equipment and start setting up space.
Plinths will be in the space by Monday

Thanks to the printing team for the posters and print work

Plans of Screen structure went to Martian today, follow up on FRIDAY.

Artwork will be rendered for testing on Monday

Disk of all interactive to be given to Nick + team to make interface for Monday's testing

Reminder - Meeting Friday 3pm

Just a quick reminder guys that there is a meeting tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm to discuss how we are going to handle the exhibition installation.

If you haven't paid your $50 please bring it to this meeting.

Cannot Come to the Meeting.

I didn't know where to post this or to whom, so decided to let you know here. Unfortunately, I can't come to today's meeting. Please write on the blog, if I should miss any important information. I also won't be able to come tomorrow.
